Too young to drink (legally) at his first national sales meeting, Phil has been a fixture in the world of luxury interiors for nearly 20 years, beginning with Duralee fabrics before enjoying Outside Sales and National Sales management roles with Osborne & Little, Juliska and Madeline Weinrib. He created Philip Stein Design Collective in 2014 with a commitment to serve as a conduit between designers and brand partners, working as a vocal advocate and loyal partner to both. Phil is believed to be the only person in modern history to provide goods for multiple six-star resorts, while also owning a pick-up truck with a BBQ grill and inflatable swimming pool built into it. Phil’s favorite personal time is spent with his wife Alanna and their many small children. Phil’s favorite work hobby is the planning of the annual industry spectacle known as Philfest; held on the Thursday prior to BDNY, this event has yet to result in any major injuries or deaths.

Since she can remember, Maddie has surrounded herself with fabrics in one way or another, from choosing an everything matching bedroom set as a child to styling designer threads at Nordstrom and Vince in her 20s. After a career shift to interiors, she spent several years on the showroom side at Holland & Sherry before meeting Phil during the whirlwind of 2020. In October, they expanded officially to start the Midwest chapter of the business and offer designers both boutique service and unique product offerings. After an excellent initial launch, they plan to grow the territory bigger and better with incredible partnerships from our vendors and designers….plus all the non-Zoom happy hours!
